Delivery and Returns


Most of our products are made to order, so please see individual product pages for lead times. 

All items are shipped from our Nottingham based studio and while we cannot guarentee delivery times, once dispatched you should expect your item within the following time frames: 

UK First Class Signed For | 1-2 working days

UK Second Class Signed For | 2-3 working days

International Tracked and Signed | 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days worldwide


All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and taxes vary by country and by items therefore we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. 


We cannot claim any responsilbity for any unclaimed packages where delivery attempts are made. If your order is returned to us, we will be happy to ship your item again, but will need to charge you the shipping fee again. 


We accept refunds and exchanges.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Workshop Tickets

Workshop tickets are non refundable. All sales are final. 

Made to Order Items

Some of our products are made to order and therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If a product is made to order this will be stated on the product page.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Olivia Aspinall Studio, Unit 8, Avenue A, Sneinton Market, Nottingham NG11DT. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £65.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
